  • Financing can be arranged for acquisition, renovation, construction, re-mortgage and capital raising.
  • We can only offer repayment mortgages on a variable basis.
  • Mortgages can be in US Dollars, Sterling, but please note that products are not available in AED. Options are available to make early repayments without penalties.
  • A minimum of 10 weeks should be allowed from application to a lender to completion
  • All mortgages are full status and proof of income must be provided
  • Maximum term available is 15 years or up to 70 years of age.
  • Lenders assess eligibility on income multiples.
