- We finance residential properties in 10 states in USA: Florida, California, Washington State, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Hawaii. Mortgages can be obtained for up to 50% of the purchase (or re-finance) of new and existing properties in Florida, California and Nevada and up to 60% for all other states listed above.
- Minimum purchase price or valuation accepted is $400,000
- Financing can be arranged for acquisition, renovation, construction, re-mortgage and capital raising.
- We can offer interest-only and repayment mortgages on a variable basis.
- Mortgages can be in US Dollars or Sterling.
- Options are available to make early repayments without penalties.
- A minimum of 10 weeks should be allowed from application to a lender to completion.
